As prepared as I thought I was for my mother’s death, I was not prepared for the actual events leading up to her death. I was overwhelmed and breaking down when I reached out to Kiki. She helped me understand what I was witnessing and that while I could not help in my normal fix-it ways there were things that I could do. She walked me through what I was seeing, what I could ask the doctors and nurses to do to help, and what to expect next. Kiki was very thorough in providing me with as much information as I needed and open to me asking questions. She also checked up on me several times during and after my mother’s passing. I would recommend Kiki a million times over. Her caring and compassionate nature combined with her knowledge and understanding of death helped me through the worst experience of my life.
